We accept returns within one week of purchase and require you to contact us before sending your return to obtain your RA number.
Only items sent back in original, undamaged condition will be accepted.

We are only able to exchange if the desired item and size are in stock.
All parcels are sent with a return form that needs to be filled out and included when you return your item. If you’ve lost it, you can download and print it here.

- Send back your item using a traceable service within one week of your purchase date.
Items are to be sent back to Of Eden at the cost of the customer, we will cover the cost of sending the new item to you.
Unfortunately, all sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Wanted to exchange but can’t find anything else you like as much right now? We now offer customers a 110% store credit so you can wait until something new comes in and spend it later.
It is 110% of the total you paid, excluding any shipping costs – i.e. if you returned a necklace to the value of $100, you would be credited $110 as a gift voucher.
Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive the package to process your refund. From there, the funds can take approximately 72 hours to clear.
Paypal refunds are instant.
Credit notes will be valid for up to 6 months from the issue date.
